Terms of Service
By using Talking Head Jarvis ("the App") you agree to these terms. The App lets you edit your own talking-head videos and publish them to social accounts you own and have connected.
Acceptable use
- You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, and for ensuring you hold the rights to it.
- You may not use the App to post content that violates the policies of any connected platform (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
Connected platforms
Publishing through the App relies on third-party APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. The App only performs actions you explicitly request — for TikTok, it sends your video to your TikTok inbox for you to review and publish yourself.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed or that third-party platforms will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
